Calibrated Cell

To evaluate the performance of photovoltaic panels

This reference cell is specifically engineered for use in solar energy systems, providing precise measurements of insolation within the spectral range relevant to photovoltaic panels. Its design accounts for the unique spectral response of PV modules, ensuring accurate data for performance analysis. This allows for a direct comparison between the actual output of a PV system and its potential under ideal conditions, crucial for optimizing energy generation and identifying any performance degradations over time.

Description

To evaluate the performance of photovoltaic panels

The PRRDA4001 is a high-performance reference cell. This sensor is available with monocrystalline cell technology. Furthermore, the calibration of each sensor is derived from a reference element (quality grade A, identically constructed) by an accredited testing laboratory in W/m².

A calibrating printout (similar to EN DIN 17025) reports the product-specific parameters.
