Sphensor: Unmatched Accuracy and Innovative Design
Sphensor introduces a new generation of multi-parameter radio (2.4 GHz) sensors, specifically engineered for real-time, long-term monitoring of all critical Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) parameters.
With SphensorTM, users can concurrently measure thermo-hygrometric data like temperature and relative humidity, environmental parameters such as atmospheric pressure, illumination across 5 distinct orientations, UV-A radiation, and air quality, encompassing VOC, CO2, and PM (1, 2.5, 4, 10) concentrations.
Sphensor: Maximizing Accuracy with Innovative Design
Its exceptional measurement accuracy, coupled with a sophisticated and elegant design, positions Sphensor as the optimal choice for a variety of settings. This includes public, service, and residential buildings, hospitals, schools and universities, shopping centers, controlled environment laboratories and production facilities, as well as museums, restoration sites, and archaeological excavations.
SphensorTM sensors leverage the Thread protocol to relay acquired information to the Sphensor Gateway via a robust mesh radio network. Beyond serving as a buffer memory, the Sphensor Gateway performs an initial data processing step. This processed data can then be transmitted to the Client’s server, the System Integrator’s server, or to the LSI LASTEM cloud software, which is currently under development.

Highlights
Top-tier measurement accuracy, complemented by a high-tech aesthetic;
Integration of multiple measurements within a single, compact device;
Measured data presented directly on cloud software;
Open architecture for effortless integration with third-party systems, ensured by complete compatibility in data transmission through standard market formats and protocols (MQTT, JSON);
Flexible installation due to radio transmission capabilities;
Extended radio range achieved through the deployment of signal repeaters;
Impressive battery life for prolonged operation. Offers supplemental power via a standard micro-USB port and includes an integrated back-up battery;
High reliability provided by a solution with two levels of data recording: the Sphensor Gateway and a server with a “store and forward” function;
The ability to connect via Ethernet LAN and through a 3G/4G Modem or Wi-Fi, with independent local Sphensor Gateway configuration for setting alarms based on measured values, thanks to the activation of 4 independent outputs;
Peak application efficiency: the Sphensor Gateway can interface directly with third-party BMS systems to regulate building environmental conditions such as heating, controlled mechanical ventilation, lighting, fire safety, and intrusion detection;
A scalable solution achievable by adding more sensors and border routers;
Function programming facilitated by PC software;
Availability of additional inputs for connecting external sensors;
Automatic calculation of derived quantities;
Local diagnostics through a multi-color LED ring;
